2.2. No Refund Policy All purchases are final. Korox Software Systems does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of our staff in exceptional cases, but this is not a requirement or obligation on our part.
2.3. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services in such cases.
